Method
Iterative Transformation Process
I assess the organization over the pillars of why, trust and how.
I interview board and executives to identify the wanted outcome.
With this information, I identify, execute the next step and evaluate the impact.
My experience as engineer, executive and transformation leader, is built upon a passion for tech and strong belief in people and agile principles.
Foundation of Healthy Organizations
WHY
Ensure all employees understands the overarching challenges of your organization, and how the work they perform every day impact these.
TRUST
Openness and respect between all individuals, towards roles and disciplines. Happy faces, helping hands.
HOW
Smooth processes, meaningful meetings, decisions taken by people affected. Constant improvements and communication.
CreatE Shared Understanding
Using visual facilitation throughout a transformation, I help unite people towards a common goal.
Digital white boards with graphics and sketches create transparency to follow-up on progress and help to co-create ways of working.

Leadership Values
Trust and Respect
Making sure that ideas flow freely, people can safely move out of their comfort zone.
Collaboration
Strong, inclusive, collaborative teams . It’s about us and the organization, us and the company, us and our clients.
Transparency
Everyone understands the bigger picture. All priorities and necessary information are shared in a way that makes sense.
study Circles
My version of study circles is similar to the concept of ”reversed classroom” where students study theory at home and come to class to discuss. I give a leadership team or full product development organization a 1 hour presentation to watch or an article to read.
During a one hour workshop, we discuss the concepts and if we can relate them to what we do.
Below are some of the resources I often refer to, always curious to add more, so let me know your favourites!
